We believe that young mothers can be developed into good teachers, with training. Since 2005, we have been running teacher training courses. The training prepares them in our methodologies and equips them to teach in our Kindergarten and Primary sections. When they get absorbed in the School as teachers, through the exposure and in-service training programmes, many of them also develop into teachers for Middle and High Schools. Some of our trainees have become Coordinators today.

Our Schools offer enormous opportunities for professional growth and development for teachers. The programmes for them are carefully planned and implemented so that their potential is best utilized for the benefit of the children, and also for the development of their personalities.

In the beginning of each academic year, a two-week reorientation programme is held for all the teachers. During the year teachers also participate in Seminars, Workshops and Training programmes conducted by other organizations. Eminent experts visit the School periodically and enable them to upgrade their skills.
