At the end of each quarter an 8-page newsletter Akshaya, from the Walaja School and Cascade from the Vanapadi School, isting out all the activities of that quarter, is sent to the parents.

All students are encouraged to take part and display their creative talents in publishing a Class-magazine. Each Class creates its own magazine with creative, literary as well as artistic contributions from the students.

The publication is entirely designed, developed and hand-written by the students. Senior and Junior Class magazines are released on Independence Day and the Republic Day respectively.

Since 1998-1999, Vedavalli Vidyalaya has been bringing out an Annual School magazine to display the children’s talents and to record the achievements in various fields. The name Surabi was chosen by the students.

Senior students and few select teachers are nominated to the Editorial Board, to compile and publish the magazine. A special function is organized for the release of the magazine.
