Every aspect of Vedavalli Vidyalaya, from curriculum design to classroom planning is carefully and creatively planned, to ensure a congenial atmosphere for academic pursuit and individual growth.

The academic framework has been evolved in consultation with eminent educationists. (Late) Smt. C.R.Sathyabhama, (Ex) Secretary, Sir Sivaswami Schools, Chennai and Smt. Susheela Raghavan, (formerly of the KFI School, Chennai), helped to set up the curriculum. To keep pace with the latest developments, our teachers undergo periodic orientation and training programmes. Such training has helped them to develop innovative methods of teaching, and in all aspects of education.

The School integrates a variety of traditional and modern methods to make learning fun for the children. The focus of the School is to help the child understand the fundamental concepts clearly.

The School believes that 'activity based teaching' is the best method to enable learning. 'Learning by doing' is practiced right from Kindergarten. In the Primary School Maths and Science are taught in labs.

The School has done very well in the Board Exams right from the first set in 1998.
